We arrived Saturday afternoon. First stop was the Charcoal Kilns in Wildrose Canyon. We tried to blaze a trail up to Mahogany Flat but the snow soon got too deep so we turned around and went to Panamint Springs Resort for dinner.

After dinner we drove out and made camp for the night on the Surprise Canyon RD. just off Indian Ranch RD.

After breakfast we drove over to Goler Wash and on into Butte Valley.

After exploring Butte Valley for the day, we settled in the Stone Cabin for the night.

In the morning we drove out Warm Springs RD.out to Death Valley. We drove the West Side RD. North to Furnace Creek Ranch where we had lunch and did the tourist thing. We soon left and drove up to check out the Kean Wonder Mine. We later drove out to Stovepipe Wells, set up camo and made dinner.

This morning we drove up to Ubehebe Creater, then out to the Racetrack and down Lipincott RD. and into Saline Valley. We drove south out of saline back onto the 190 to the 395 and South back home.
