Myself, my friend Mike, and his Son Ben made the hike out to the Goat Canyon Trestle Today. I have not been out here since 1997 and I heard that any day the now reopened line will be used to ship Toyotas out of Tecate and the Rail Police will no longer allow hikers on the tracks. From the trail head just past Dos Cabezas the hike is about eight miles to the Trestle and back.
