PanamintCharlie.com and PanamintCharlie.net (hereby known as "this site") is a personal web site. It is used to showcase my trips and other such related items. It is a non-profit site and is for entertainment purposes only.

Instead of saving a published photo, send your request along with the photo URL and I will locate the original, full size, uncompressed photo for you.

PRIVACY
I use a program that tracks viewer information such as I.P. address, Internet service provider, Operating system, pages viewed, time and length of visit and other such statistics.
I use these to see where viewers are entering and exiting my site and what pages they are viewing. I use this info to see where my site needs improvement. I am the only one that sees this info and I will not release info to any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I take absolutely no responsibility for what viewers do with ideas that they may get from this site. The desert and many other areas included in this site are areas of harsh extremes and travel should be conducted only by those with the proper planing and resources to do so.
I am by no means a professional in the field of Survival. The hints that I give on the preparedness pages are merely to give you an idea of what to look out for and how to try to deal with situations if they should arise.
